日本华纳兄弟 发表了动画《在地下城寻求邂逅是否搞错了什麽IV 新章 迷宫篇》续篇《在地下城寻求邂逅是否搞错了什麽IV 深章 灾厄篇》（ダンジョンに出会いを求めるのは间违っているだろうかIV 深章 厄灾篇，下称《地城邂逅IV 深章 灾厄篇》）的制作消息，确定 2023 年 1 月 5 日开始播出，同时释出预告 PV、主视觉海报以及新登场角色的设定图。
